C.1850-1860. A Good Luck pendant. The pendant is beautifully crafted in 18k yellow gold with the colorful enamel and the embossed motifs. One side displays three good luck figures in enamel: a hunchback, a soldier and a white horse/unicorn. The other side features the lucky number 13 (prosperity & protection), crossed swords and a scale (power of justice). The pendant is in great condition with well-preserved enamel and the natural patina in gold. With French import marks, Charançon (1838-1864).
